Since going to the doctors and finding out I have high blood pressure, I have start tracking my nutrition again. Three weeks passes...and no difference on the scale. This past week I have upped the protein and have lost three lbs. Finally going in the right direction.

    I read this earlier today... and ran across an article/tip I thought you might like. If you want to increase your daily protein intake... try adding fortified skim-milk powder to yogurt, cottage cheese, soups, and desserts.
I don't know if your diet allows that, but I thought I might pass it along. Way to go on the weight loss.

    WTG!!

I am constantly upping my protein - I think I am less likely to binge if I eat enough protein!
