Not sure what the calories or anything is, but it was very healthy and oh my goodness so good.
One thing with me and recipes- I dont measure so the below is all approximate:
1/2 (?) cup frozen mixed berries
1/5 package of silken tofu
1/2 (?) cup of soy milk (it was really thick so I added a bit more after the first few sips)
1 or 2 TBS peanut butter
Blend away. I was impressed with this one; usually I dont use tofu but I am trying some new recipes that my daughter can make in her dorm room that are high in protein. This was really tasty and actually filled me up more than most smoothies do.
