It's already the end of January and I'm barely blogging about my goals for the new year. What a procrastinator! Better late than never though.
I didn't reach my goals last year. I'm disappointed about that but I'm not going to let it get me down. This year will be different.
Exercise: start out slow and work my way up
~ 15-20 min. cardio 6 days a week
~ strength training 2-3 days a week
~ 8 cups daily
~ more fruits & veggies
~ stay within my caloric range
~ 8 hrs. each night
~ 1-2 lbs. a week
~ keep it off
~ relax and unwind
My Ultimate Goal:
~ be healthy
~ have energy
~ lose 59 lbs. and keep it off
~ hopefully get pregnant by the end of 2011
Well, that's it. I know it's not going to be easy, but I am determined to see this through.
