Didn't want to work out this morning

So with my work schedule being second shift its sometime hard for me to muster up the energy to get my workout in. I get home late and have to get up early to drop my son off at school and usually all I want to do is crawl back in the bed catch a few more hours of sleep before I have to head off to work. Well if I do that then those couple of hours turn into every hour I have before its time to leave the house for work.Well if I continue on this path I will never workout so, no matter how tired I think I am I make sure I workout first and then if I have time I take a shower and a quick power nap. You know what I have found out in the last few days is if I workout I'm not longer tired.
So with that being said Week One Day 4 Fire 30/ Stretch 30 is done
, tomorrow is Fire 55 EZ not scheduled rest days until Wednesday so six days straight exercise scheduled.
