I've been walking/running every morning for nearly 4 weeks now, I've lost another inch on my waist and hips...which I think means 2 inches for each since Jan 1st. Since I don't have a scale, I'll have to run to the grocery store to weigh myself on a weekly basis. I'm delighted to see results with a tape measure...I thought I would really be able to tell in the mirror, but that is not so obvious (to me) at this stage...at least with these measurements. I can tell that my tummy is not flowing over the top of my pants anymore! Hooray!
