    ahhhh...your in my boat! its my last year in college too...i wanna just have the confidence for my future career and what not.
Soo I tried a detoxer...it is sorta supplementy though. I know there are other types of detoxers but I wanted to try and clean my system out and start fresh...I have 2 weeks left before I've gone through it all and I dunno i'd try it if you havent done anything like that yet.

Can't wait to see your success. We are going to get to where we wanna be. Were ready. I cant wait to see your goals being reached!

    I think the best thing you can do for your metabolism is to eat smaller meals and have snacks throughout the day. Never let your body stop digesting food - this will really kick start your metabolism. Also, strength training will help a ton!

I lost 70 lbs back in 2007 and then over the course of about 2 years - gained it all back. I had to start again back in Feb of last year - and the only advice I have for you to re-start is to just do it. There is really no secret. Just start doing small things. Buy yourself something that will motivate you to get back in the habit (I bought a new lunch box and that did the trick :o)
