Hi I have started to eat in a new way for ME. I'm sure lots and lots and lotsof people r eating like this and say...DUH!!! but wow It works! I eat every 3 hours little mini meals and boy does that work for my hunger, I don't ge hungry in between AND I'm down!! And I read this thing in "bodyrock.tv" that says "earn your carbs....." If ur gonna eat come carbs.. Earn it first by working out... And I end up end of the day not hungry.. I'm full!!! It's awesome! I have been working out as well... Swimming is in there too.. That's a awesome workout...:) so on to more and more!!!!!
