This morning I did P90X Kempo X. It went well but at one of the sequences of punches I hurt my elbow. I rubbed it out and it was able to get back to feeling better in a bit of time. I wouldn't worry about it so much if it were the first time, but last week when I did the same workout it got sore the same way. I don't know if I should ice it after the workouts or if I should find some stretches for my elbow (do they have those?). All I know is that I am not looking forward to my next Kempo workout because I don't want to be worried during my workout. I want to do it well and work hard throughout.
