New Year, New Me!

I hope all is well for everyone. I can't believe its 2011! The days fly by so fast, my last blog entry was in October. I have to be honest, as much as I wanted to change last year I really didn't do much to make it happen. I'm sooo happy to say that this is the year that has changed me, from being a couch potato to an individual who wants my life more than anything. I started working out on January 9th and I have not stopped. I exercise 5 days a week and at least 40 mins. a day. I'm very proud of myself for the little I have done so far, I have never gone this long exercising in my whole life. Even though I'm only on my third week, I feel great because I'm have not quit nor do I want to quit. I admit I have days already where I didn't want to exercise but I pushed myself to do so and felt good after that I did it. I know I have a long way to go but I want it, so its going to happen!
