I have been at this for four weeks

And I still haven't weighed myself. I decided to weigh on the first of each month, less disappointing that way. Anyway I feel like I am doing well. My clothes seem like they are fitting me. I don't want to say "fitting me better" because they did not fit before, they were too tight. So I guess I lost a size even though I don't need to buy new clothes. I don't know if I feel better health wise or any other wise but I guess that takes time. I think once I get my sleeping under control it'll get better. Hard to get to sleep early with all the school work I need to do. Speaking of which...time to hit the books!


Exercise:

five days (fell asleep friday after school)
Walking: 0 miles ...it's still cold here!
Trainer: 54 miles

Nutrition: Met calorie goals 7 days Streak 26 days!!!!

    I don't like weighing myself either! I haven't done it in three weeks. I said I would do it Monday but then I got sick over the weekend. I may do it each 2-3 weeks. Let me know how it goes!!
