I have been at this for four weeks

And I still haven't weighed myself. I decided to weigh on the first of each month, less disappointing that way. Anyway I feel like I am doing well. My clothes seem like they are fitting me. I don't want to say "fitting me better" because they did not fit before, they were too tight. So I guess I lost a size even though I don't need to buy new clothes. I don't know if I feel better health wise or any other wise but I guess that takes time. I think once I get my sleeping under control it'll get better. Hard to get to sleep early with all the school work I need to do. Speaking of which...time to hit the books!
