Learning about my diet, or shall I say lifestyle change

I know tat 90% of losing weight it what you eat and I am learning that you can have some very delicious, satisfying food for not alot of calories. I often panic because I am only allowed 1,300 cals/day but this week I have incorporated some really delcious, nutrient rich and low calorie foods that will make this lifestyle change much easier.

    Those little tricks are what make you realize that you can enjoy a low calorie meal that is FULL of taste. And that is the KEY to being successful in changing your lifestyle.
