Today has started off well. When I weighed, the scale stayed the same (HOORAY!), which confirms that I am indeed where I thought I was (see blog from yesterday). I did my Zumba workout, ate a yummy breakfast (love those banana pancakes with turkey bacon), and have been productive overall. Later I will do some ST before I go into work tonight.
Yesterday I was off work & my hubby was sick in bed, so I needed to stay home to take care of him. Soooooo, I COOKED a LOT!
Sweet Potato Chips
I did not use the sugar, but I did add creole seasoning.
Seasoned with garlic powder & oregano, cooked same as sweet potato chips above.
White Potato Wedges
Seasoned with creole & cavander seasoning, cooked same as sweet potato chips above.

The cream cheese frosting was: 8 oz cream cheese, 2 tbsp honey, 1/4 cup powdered sugar
