I have been working on myself since February of 2006. I weighted 174-180 in 2006 and started the weight watchers plan and lost over 40lbs and kept it off. I do eat healthy and exercise at the YMCA. I graduated college in 2009 and I exercised and eat healthy while working full time and going to school. Huge accomplishment for myself which I am very proud of. I have planned meals ahead of time to make sure that when I come home my meals are done and all I have to do is warm it up. Saves me time and my meals are healthy not bought from a fast food restaurant.
The YMCA every new year will have revolution resolution to push people to lose weight and record their progress. This year the YMCA suggested this website and I really do like it. It pushes me more to continue my healthy lifestyle and improve myself and reach my goals.
