South Beach Yummy-ness!

So I started back on the South Beach Phase 1, as some of you already know.

My problem has always been about breakfast. I get so tired of eggs.... Especially since I eat my breakfast at work, it's hard to whip up an egg. I do bring hard boiled, and never tire of those, but sometimes a girl just needs change!

Well let me tell you... I found this recipe on sparkrecipes and it has renewed the way I look at South Beach breakfast! I am in love! Thank you NURSEHOPE, whomever and wherever you may be for posting this recipe!

I have never been a cottage cheese lover.... I barely tolerate it in small doses, however I believe if given the opportunity, I would eat this stuff until it comes out of my ears! If you dare to try it, I promise you will see what I mean!

1 cup of low fat cottage cheese (1 or 2%)
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 packet of splenda
1/4 cup of almonds chopped (I used slivered)

Mix the cottage cheese cinnamon and splenda together. Add almonds. Enjoy!!! You will...I promise!

    Sounds yummy!!! Remember, phase 1 is ONLY 2 weeks... after that it will be a lot better!

    That sounds yummy! Maybe I can alternate with the eggs. I do a quick omlettte (I cut up veggies the night before) then I put it in an insulated cup thingy and eat it when I get to work.
I also like Greek yogurt with splenda and coconut extract. It had a ton of protein and it's really creamy.

Another one that is good is mix ricotta, egg white,splenda and cinnamon to make a pancake batter. Then use sugar free syrup and add turkey bacon. Yum.

I'm back on the beach too!

Oh and BTW, my kids love hard boiled eggs so I got them some bento shapers - it's really fun, just peel the egg hot and pop them in the shapers and into the fridge and then you get eggs in the shape of cars and bunnies, etc. (order on ebay).

    That does sound yummy!

About those jeans... I really do think shrinking is possible especially over time... they were likely getting a shade smaller each wash, but you never really noticed until you noticed.

...And ya know... it really doesn't matter, because you are on the right track and fabulous as always! :)
