1/2 a pound lose!

So last Friday I went to see my dietitian and weighed-in. I was really hoping to make my 4lb. loss but I was about 3 1/2 lbs shy. I was a little disappointed in myself because I knew I didn't strive hard enough to my 4lb. loss goal. But the great news is I DIDN'T GAIN, YAY!!!! So here is a new week, in fact, I don't weigh-in until Feb. 4th. So I will just strive a little harder this time and be more committed to myself.

    Not gaining is good. You may even have gained muscle that evened out a fat loss. At the very least, no matter what the scales say, you are losing bad health and gaining good health!
