I'm am feeling so good right now. I just got finished doing day 2 of Turbo Fire. Yesterday's workout was Fire 30 and i loved every minute of it, I am super happy that I made sure to do the version slated for new to class people because I would have been completely lost if I hadn't but once I got the moves down the workout went really smooth. The 10 minute stretch worked wonders I was so relaxed afterwards but I couldn't take a nap because I had to get ready for work. Now today wow I am so worn out right now, today's workout was HIIT 15, Even though this workout was only 15 minutes it was an intense fifteen minutes, I definitely feel like I burned major calories. Today's class was also followed up by the 10 minute stretch tomorrow is a rest day and I plan to take advantage of that rest because there are no more rest days until next wednesday.
