I recently read this book and I'm going to TRY it out. It really is along the lines of what I want to do, but it is hard to change. The book is about getting back to the earth. Eating fruits, veggies, and meats which also helps with my goals of eating more "green", less packaging, no plastic, nothing artificial. I also love how there is a workout included that doesn't require a gym. We did belong to a gym a few years ago, but after the children got sick after each time we were there, we stopped going.
Anyone else read this book and want to work on it together?
