Exercise has become more challenging as I get older. Add onto that some set backs such s a car accident, so now I am a flabby grandma with some bingo wings that could fly, lol. Enter SparkPeople, an online program of information, resources and support. I am especially thankful for the exercises. I found erxercises that I can do with one hand and no equipment. I love that they have exercises on YouTube as well.
Yesterday I amazingly did well eating so much food for dinner for my 31yr old daughter's celebration. Today I ate well. Fiber One cereal for breakfast, mini pizzas made w/ light english muffins & turkey pepperoni. Dinner was tacos w/ shredded turkey breast meat and salads.
I did some floor exercises today to strengthen my stomach, legs & back.
