Exercise has become more challenging as I get older. Add onto that some set backs such s a car accident, so now I am a flabby grandma with some bingo wings that could fly, lol. Enter SparkPeople, an online program of information, resources and support. I am especially thankful for the exercises. I found erxercises that I can do with one hand and no equipment. I love that they have exercises on YouTube as well.
Yesterday I amazingly did well eating so much food for dinner for my 31yr old daughter's celebration. Today I ate well. Fiber One cereal for breakfast, mini pizzas made w/ light english muffins & turkey pepperoni. Dinner was tacos w/ shredded turkey breast meat and salads.
I did some floor exercises today to strengthen my stomach, legs & back.
I took this cute picture today. What a cherishable moment to see my child with her cat.

    emoticon emoticon I HAD TO QUIT EXERCISING AT ALL BECAUSE OF MY HEALTH AND I FEEL AWFUL ABOUT IT ! I WILL BE 60 IN JULY BUT ALL MY ARTERIES ARE OVER 80% BLOCKED NATURALLY SOMETIMES JUST FIXING SUPPER I GET CHEST PAIN BUT I WON'T GIVE UP I AM GOING TO DO MY BEST AND ENJOY WHAT LIFE I HAVE THERE ARE OTHERS WORSE THAN ME I JUST THANK GOD I CAN STILL GET AROUND !     I do exercise videos and the exercise is difficult but 23 days in things are improving emoticon

    I like the exercise videos as well - tried my first sparkpeople video today using dumbbells. Love your tomato background! Makes me hungry for a salad.
