Day one at the gym was not as bad as I was thinking. I talked a friend into going with me and they got a membership today as well. I started with a quick 3 minute walk on the treadmill, then I ran a mile. I wore my VFF's and it was different at first on the treadmill but I adjusted well. Tomorrow, I need to increase my speed; I started slowly with 6.5 and noticed that I wasn't going to reach my mile time that I wanted so I had to increase the speed. I ended with 8.7 speed. Then I went to the stairclimber and spent 30 minutes on the weight loss workout which is 3 intervals. It was a killer! I can feel it in my booty! I came home and stretched and preparing myself for day two tomorrow!
