Today was productive. Ran errands, 45 min Zumba workoit, and I taught CPR & 1st aid to a group of 10 year olds.
This was breakfast:
Cottage Cheesy Eggs
- 1 medium egg
- 1/2 cup of All White egg whites
- 2 tbsp low fat cottage cheese
Directions: scramble egg & whites, add in cottage cheese when eggs are cooked, mix well. EAT!!
