My girlfriend invited me to Auntie Anne's today to treat me to a Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel. Since I knew I would be eating the pretzel [although I thought we were splitting one], I didn't eat much lunch [a slice of whole grain bread with that delicious Cedar's, Tzatziki, Cucumber/Garlic Yogurt Dip on it; however, I was TOTALLY unprepared for the collateral damage to my food tracking!
I was absolutely shocked to learn 'after the fact' that I had consumed a WHOPPING 470 EMPTY calories with 84 grams of carbs, 12 grams of fat [7 saturated] 400 g. sodium & 12 grams of FAT! Oh, my goodness, no wonder our society is struggling so much with weight issues. I honestly thought 250 calories and 7 grams of fat, but to my dismay discovered the truth!
As a side note, it was pretty tasty so that helps a little bit!
And I still have 288-688 calories left for the day. I'm having Mexican salad for supper! Well LESSON learned--always research **before** eating!
I was able to get 75 photos from Walgreens [maybe a 1/3 of them for my mini-autobiography scrapbook] for .10cents a print!

I'm REALLY excited to be going snowshoeing for the first time in my life on Thursday with my girlfriend, Sharon.
She is the one that gives Mary horseback riding lessons and has LOTS of trails that we are going to snowshoe through and then she is having a snowshoe party in March out to the lake property.
