Update of sorts

I made it through the weekend with too much alcohol and food at Denny's afterwards! UGH!!!! At least Sunday, I drank lots of water and ate a little better. (hamburger patties with cheese and a few chips) I didn't do one second of exercise and I have no idea if I will tonight. I know I should but I am so tired. Work is crazy busy and I had to play catch up bc I was off on Friday. All in All, I gained 2lbs over the weekend and now I have to work twice as hard this week to get back on track. For breakfast I had a protein shake. Ever since I had my fill, those little shakes keep me full until at least 10:30-11AM, which is great. I know that I made better choices because of breakfast. I wanted a piece of fried fish sooo badly! But I opted for a cheeseburger patty and black eye peas. I can't pass those up but luckily she didn't give me a bunch of them. They were delicious! On top of that I drank water at lunch which I think is why my head hurts, I normally drink tea all day. Missing my caffeine but I see the over all goal and just have to tough through it. My body will adjust eventually. Same goes for getting off of antidepressents, it took my body a long time to get off of it. Now I am all better and loving life. Will love it even more once I get this weight off of me! Anyway, I think tonight is a frozen lean cuisine because the hubby won't get home till close to 10PM and I have those for that exact reason.
