I went to the gym for my 5 mile run today. At mile 2 my knee started to hurt, by 2.5 I had a hard time walking to cool down. I don't know what the deal is but I'm pi$$ed. My husband keeps telling me not to sweat it, not to take it personally, but I feel defeated.
I'm going to cycle and row for my cardio for the rest of this week and try running again next Monday. If the knee still hurts I'll see the Doc.
I'll be fine, this is just a minor set-back, right? Right?
