I have a problem, can you help?
So I have a friend at work that brings me (only me) a donut a few days out of the week. I really want to lose this weight and live a great happy, healthy life. I feel bad if I don't eat the donut she brought me. I've already tried talking to her and telling her that I'm trying to eat healthy and lose weight. So she said she would bring in fruit, but that didn't happen and I got another donut today.
What should I do in this situation? I've thought about giving it away, but i secretly want the donut. I never buy myself donuts and would eat something healthy if the donut wasn't there. Yikes! I want to get this in control in the beginning of the year so I have a plan next time it happens.
