Today starts a new week. (well actually yesterday started the week, but I dilly dallied about and never got around to blog- the seventh of seven to complete Rhonda's challenge)
ANYWAY..........with a new week comes new goals. This week I am going to be successful, by doing the following.
S top whining and get moving.
U tilize the WII that I just purchased.
C hange my routine, and try and trick my body into dumping a few pounds.
C all a friend that I haven't talked to in awhile and just chat.
E xercise more each day, by adding in just 10 extra minutes using one of the Spark videos
S ing in my head when I walk (cause no-one wants to hear me sing out loud, myself included)
S trength exercises, get serious and do them 3 times this week
F itness, fitness, fitness with a little fun tossed in
U nclutter my kitchen cabinets.
L ive life to its fullest, do something different this week that I wouldn't normally do.
