We've had a lot of snow in the last week and more is coming. I finally broke down and tried some of the SparkPeople videos this week and they gave me a good workout. In fact, they seem to be more intense than what I have been doing at the gym. True, they may be targeting some areas that I was missing using the Nautilus machines, but I was impressed by how much a little 10 minute workout can do. I highly recommend them, plus now I don't have an excuse if I can't get out to the gym. I'm going to try to do one whenever I can't make it to the gym.
