1st Week Over, On to the 2nd

Last week I created a blog to make me more accountable by putting it out here and I had mixed success.....now that I am into the 2nd week I will look for more success:

My First Week's Goal was to Track Everything & Stay within Range on all (Carbs, Protein, Fat, Calories) - I was successful 6 out of 7 days. On the day I was not went over in calories by almost 100, but was in range for everything else. This week I continue on this goal and add week 2 goals as a priority, while working on week 3, 4 & 5 goals....utimate goal by week 5 is to be doing all on a daily basis. It is starting over, taking baby steps.

PRIORITY GOAL OF THE WEEK
Week 2 - Eat at least 5 fruits & veggies each day
Day 1 - emoticon
Day 2 - emoticon
Day 3 - emoticon
Day 4 - emoticon
Day 5 - emoticon
Day 6 - only got 4 in
Day 7 - again, only 4

Week 3 - Drink 8 glasses water each day (64 oz)
Day 1 - emoticon
Day 2 - emoticon
Day 3 - emoticon
Day 4 - only 6
Day 5 - emoticon
Day 6 - only 7
Day 7 -all I will say, is not enough

Week 4 - 30 minutes activity at least 4 days per week (average)
Day 1 - AquaFit Class (50 minutes) emoticon
Day 2 - 0
Day 3 - 0
Day 4 - 0
Day 5 - 0
Day 6 - 0
Day 7 - 0
Bad week!

Week 5 - Eat Breakfast Every AM

Day 7 - oops

Additional Goals - Participate on Spark & earn at least 50 points

    Great way to make sure you achieve things.
    I was having real trouble with binge eating, and decided every time I ate something I knew I shouldn't have even looked at, or went way over my allowances just because I was sad or angry or frustrated with the world or just my life in general, I would have to confess all in a blog - what I ate, how much, and why. After the first few times it suddenly occurred to me that each time I messed up that way, all those Sparkers who had left such encouraging comments the previous time were going to realize I hadn't stayed strong when I wrote my next blog. Suddenly that temptation was affecting more than just me... something I really had to think about.
