Made it through my

Well, I will say this process hasn't been easy, but it's not impossible. The hardest things so far to give up have been Diet Coke and pizza. Luckily, I haven't really had a huge craving for either (although I have had a few DC that were left in my fridge). I will miss Miller Lite though.

Anyway, I feel good. I feel more energized and feel good about the fact that my husband is behind me 100% even though our first week he had the flu. :( He's been so great!

I also like the fact that my pants are not suffocating me today. They're not as loose as I want them to be, but in time they will be.

My challenge to myself this week is to introduce a little exercise in. I'm bummed that I didn't take advantage of the pretty weather Saturday, but I was in a Benedryl haze all weekend.

Hoping I can keep up this great attitude the rest of the week!!
