Changing Up Things

I am doing well with exercise & nutrition but I am stuck in a rut. Basically I eat the same things because it requires little thought and they are healthy. I am doing the same exercises because it requires no thinking or planning.

This is working right now but I am sure my body will adjust to it and the weight loss will slow down.

I need to change up my nutrition and exercise. It just takes time & energy to do this but it is necessary.

    Looks like you are on track, we all stay with what is comfortable at the time. Change is hard but you can do it.
