I have not really been trying to lose weigh lately. I have just been making sure I pick healthy choices and portions. I have been eating out a little, but I get small stuff. I mainly pick healthy meals though. When I can't cook, I try to get Healthy Choice TV dinners. I have not been working out lately and I sit at a desk for 10 hours a day. I try to fidget, or shake my legs to help keep my body moving. Anyway, eating healthy and not exercising, I am averaging 1.5 lb loss a week! My body fat percentage is only dropping half a percent every two weeks. If I can get myself back into exercise I could lose more weight. More importantly, I could get my fat percentage to drop faster, which has been my main goal for a while. I am getting excited!
