Week 2 Progress

I must say Week 2 was not as awesome as I had wanted. But considering it was a full moon this week and my uterus was in fact trying to kill me (those two things are very closely related), I can't really complain. I only skipped one day of working out and one day of getting all my water in. I still call it progress. Since today is happy weigh-in day, here are the results (changes are overall since I began tracking):

-Weight: No change from last week, so still down 3 pounds overall. That's a win, because normally during full moons, I am up 6 pounds. I will gladly take no change!
-Waist:Down 1.75 inches
-Hips: No Change
-Thighs:Down 0.5 Inch
-Arms: Down 1 inch (I didn't believe the husband, so I made him redo it, I really lost AN INCH off my arms!)
-Waist to Hip Ratio: No change from last week, still down .09.

No up, just down or the same. I'm cool with that. I walked like a million miles today taking my little sister (15) and her two friends dress shopping for an upcoming dance. It was physically and mentally draining. Those children are insane. "No Em, it is NOT okay for you to give Megan a piggy back ride down the escalator," "No Megan you may NOT ride on Em's shoulders through the mall" and so on and so forth. *sigh* Anyhow, time to get my workout in for the night so I don't end up not doing it like last night!
