Tonight's blog will have to be short. There was not too much interesting going on at our house today in fact we had a non productive day or thatís what it feels like.
For the most part I attempted to catch up with friends on Spark and since I am in a challenge for two weeks I spent a lot of time on the treadmill, a total of 2.25 hours total just moving. I am trying to think but the hour is too late for me to concentrate.
DH did some picking up downstairs so he had a busy morning whilst I did my Sparking. By one o'clock we both decided we needed a break so we sat down and watched a British show called Kavanaugh. We both had our feet up and it just felt good.
After dinner I had my second treadmill and strength to do and then back to the chairs for Downton Abbey on Public Television, other than those two shows TV was off as usual.
I actually feel so tired right now I honestly cannot remember too much of this day. I had meals planned and baking I had hoped to get done but my Sparking consumed most of the day. I have eaten below my tracker totals and added more protein. The only nutrient I went over was sodium and that was not by much. I did have to put a number of foods in to the tracker and that took time. I am hoping making more groupings today will make things go faster in the future.
I must stop my ramblings here because my bed is calling my name right now. Sorry the brain is there already.

My first walk was 70 minutes cardio for 3.5 miles.
My Second walk was 30 minutes cardio for 1.5 miles
I did 30 minutes upper body strength exercises 30 minutes total
My total steps today were 12877 for 5.25 miles walked.
Oh and BTW I did clean 4 pairs of black shoes today.
