As this last week of January, 2011 begins, I am excited about my progress this month.
I am happy with my weight loss. More important, my clothes are fitting much differently. I know that is a better guage than the scale. ..converting fat to muscle. This year, I've tried to lengthen my daily workouts to 40-45 minutes. It's made all the difference! I know my metabolism has slowed down and that extra few minutes stokes the fire even more!!!
As I approach my 50th birthday in September, I want to start the new decade in much better shape! I just have to make daily time for me...helps me physically and emotionally! Come on in February--I'm ready to kick it into high gear!!
