Just a small silly post about a development that I find a bit interesting. So one of my worst habits (apart from the hopefully former binge eating) is that for years I have been biting my nails, and if I'm not biting them then I'm clicking them, needless to say they are usually down to the knuckle. But what I've found recently is that whenever I am doing well at excercising regularly, I stop biting them and about a week later I am forced to clip and file them. And I do it without the help of that horrible tasting nailpolish stuff (which I've tried before and then 2 weeks later I start liking the taste of).
I guess it's due to any anxiety being released through the excercise but I just found that interesting. So now I know that a red flag of me falling into nasty familiar habits will start with me biting my nails again. When you know better, you do better.
