... that's right - I couldn't have a complete and total rest day from exercise lol.
My husband asked me if I had any calories left over for the day (I'm on 1,300) and I did have 182 left surplus which I had budgeted toward some custard. He asked if I wanted to get an ice cream bar and I could walk to the dairy and get it. Sooooo, I did. I jumped at the chance .... for the exercise not the ice cream.
I got my husband a nice ice cream bar and burned myself 40 calories on my 10 minute walk. I'm about to enjoy my 150g of custard for 180 calories and 10g of chilli rice crackers for 41 calories- yummmmmo!
I truly wasn't tempted by the ice creams and their calories - WOW! If I do feel like one I'll get it on a running day.
Mmmm, so yeah, couldn't give up the exercise totally - but I did do well at a rest considering 10 mins walking for me is a rest - I usually do at least 60 mins of exercise at the very least - usually I'm at 2 hours a day.
Running tomorrow morning - yeehah!
