My scale jacked my head up today, too. I stepped on it 10 times and got 10 different weighs. One said I lost 3 pounds - which I appreciated, and the rest had me losing less than 1 pound. I started my photo journal today. The scale is like an abusive boyfriend. It can make you feel good, and then turn around and make you feel like crap. I'm ready to dump mine.

I had the same problem with a Taylor scale from Target a couple years ago. Plan on getting a different one, and between now and then measure your progress through the small goals (calories/exercise) and measurements. Regardless, don't give up bc of the scale. Its not all about the number anyway. Good luck to you :)

Give it the cold shoulder for a bit. Scales are notorious liars !!

I know how you feel hun,but try not to stress the scale number. You're panties are falling off so that's a dang good sign! Panties are naturally tight fitting and if yours are droopy that means you're doing a good job. Keep up that good work!

I hate the scale today, too. How are MY panties falling off and I gained a half pound? Stupid scale.
