I have been slacking off for so long when it comes to nutrition but especially exercise. I finally went to the gym after work today and got on the treadmill. I set a goal and accomplished it...Now all I have to do is keep it up and not let anything stand in my way. I have a goal and I will achieve it. It may take me awhile. I fall down but I keep getting back up and that is what counts to me.
