I am not giving up...I keep messing up and learning from my mistakes. Mistakes can be extremely benneficial if you learn from them :D I'm down 4 lbs from two weeks ago, which I'm really happy about. I've found that counting calories is a great way to hold myself accountable for my eating. When I would try to diet before I never really knew what I was putting in my mouth and how it would affect my body. Now I can count calories and know how much I'm going to gain or lose to within one pound :D I'm really happy and I feel like I'm taking my life back. I'm changing habbits and making new and healthy ones. Go Me!
