Don't worry, although I'll repeat the wine process next week, I won't continuously talk about my lust to complete my goals so I can have some. It's just for this week. Still, wine has proven to be quite a motivator even though I don't normally recommend food/drink as a reward. I just don't do well with getting myself something nice, I apparently have to take away something I do like and dangle it in front of me for a couple of days. If I made my goal more than 5 days I probably would have broke by now but 5 days is pretty reasonable AND it curbs my alcohol intake so I guess it's a win/win situation!
Yesterday's goal = completed! I tracked all of my phone and even made a ridiculously great dinner of homemade butternut squash soup with a sun-dried tomato tempanade penne with spinach, onions and yellow pepper and it all came within range! I completed my school projects and pounded out an hour on the elliptical while watching The Food Network.
Let's just get through the rest of today and I can relax with some wine!
Today I have a meet up with some other local food bloggers at a vegetarian restaurant I've actually never been to so I'm pretty excited about that. It's a buffet-style (boo!) but you pay for your weight of food so it curbs overeating! I'll stick to one plate!
Oh, I've had to change plans for tomorrow. Ya'll know that I'll run in just about any running condition. I've ran in -23C weather before but tomorrow is supposed to get to -30C with the windchill. I am NOT running in that. Instead, I will do an elliptical workout and switch my run to Monday evening when it'll be "warmer" (a balmy -10C).
Goals for today:
- Track as much food as possible (I won't be able to track lunch).
- Work on presentation.
- Do No More Trouble Zones (I already tracked it so I best do it or ANNE7X7 will track me down and hurt me!)
- Clean bathroom!
