I have been committed to following the SparkPeople.com program for 21 days. They (who are "they" anyway) say it takes 21 consecutive ___________ to form a habit. I have done the 21 thing, and I feel like it is working. I have faltered, made a few poor choices, but fewer than 3, and I am now in a groove. I am motivated to be healty...not to lose weight. I am motivated to change my lifestyle in regards to my wellness. I am motivated to feel better.
