Habit Formed

I have been committed to following the program for 21 days. They (who are "they" anyway) say it takes 21 consecutive ___________ to form a habit. I have done the 21 thing, and I feel like it is working. I have faltered, made a few poor choices, but fewer than 3, and I am now in a groove. I am motivated to be healty...not to lose weight. I am motivated to change my lifestyle in regards to my wellness. I am motivated to feel better.

    Right On!....I have about 2 weeks under my belt and I too am not looking to just lose weight, many of us know that losing weight just to lose weight will only lead to gaining it back! So it has to be a LIFESTYLE change if we want to be healthy and keep it off!
