Finally!

My husband is to blame (not really ... I know it's all my responsibility). He has been unemployed for almost two years so he's home all the time and eating crappy foods. Plus, he quit smoking in October, so he's overdoing the comfort foods "just a bit."

As a result, and with the added challenge of having a tiny house where we're always in the same room or at least visible to the other, it's been VERY hard for me to stay focused on the way I want to eat and exercise. Anyone who lives in close, cramped quarters with another person, 24/7, will get what I mean.

But now he's gone back to college. Yay, for many reasons, the most important of which is that I now have the house to myself. I can dance, do my Wii Fit, and eat the way I want to when he's not here. His going back to school is going to be good for both of us!

I can relate. My partner does not work or even drive, so he is around 24/7. I am thankful we just moved in a bigger place. I can actually have a room where I can go and be by myself...its the computer room. However, still need to exercise in the living room which is where he is most of the time sitting on his laptop. However, I get him to exercise with me sometimes. Just bought the Biggest Loser Wii game and we do that one together emoticon I am starting to get him to think about a Healthy Lifestyle as well! emoticon emoticon Hang in there! emoticon

I defiantly know what you mean about sharing a tiny space. My DH works nights so I have the house to myself while he's sleeping. Much nicer and easier to get a workout in when he's not sitting 2ft away. Plus while doing a video the other day I accidentally kicked the dog (she was trying to follow me, and I didn't see her). I really don't wanna accidentally kick him too.

I can relate, believe me. You hang in there though - YOU CAN DO THIS!
