Still struggling...

Okay so I still have not stepped foot in the gym and I keep making super rich and unhealthy foods. I am back up to 185. I havent been there since June of last year. I just cant seem to find the motivation to get my butt in gear and track my food. ANY ADVICE???

Next week, I need to focus.... and try a lot harder/

    What helped me get back on it was just doing it! No motivation, just made a promise to myself to keep the nutrition tracker going - even if it was ugly for the day. Then next thing I knew I was right back into eating the things I knew were best for me. I only have 1 week back at being diligent, but I lost 7 1/2 this week, which is an affirmation if I will just do what I learned here on SP, the losing is going to come.

    Thinking of the many reasons carrying around the extra weight is a negative thing in your life may help. A big thing is how it affects your health and energy levels. Think about the cost of new clothes if you continue gaining, etc.

    Make yourself a priority. Make a list of the reasons you need/want to lose weight. Without making yourself a priority, nothing will happen. Make little changes. Work on a healthy meal at a time. Then add in a little walk.

    I had some trouble a while ago, and I went back to Stage One. It helped.
