Well I've been consistently working out 3 times a week since I started January 3rd so I'm proud of myself for that, but my eating habits haven't been what they should be. I've done a lot better the past couple of days though. I'm going to try a lot harder this week. I want the scale to go down more than .40 (today's weigh in). emoticon
