ABS DIET POWER: 12 Life Changing Ingredients

Here's a great acronym to help us remember what we need to be eating to achieve our goals! I need to add more protein.


A: Almonds and other nuts
B: Beans and legumes
S: Spinach and other green vegetables

D: Dairy Products (fat-free or low fat)
I: Instant oatmeal (unsweetened, unflavored)
E: Eggs
T: Turkey and other lean meats

P: Peanut butter
O: Olive oil
W: Whole grain breads and cereals
E: Extra protein (whey) powder
R: Raspberries and other berries

    Great tips! Have these worked out for you personally? How were you able to maintain these diet tips in your daily living?

I've read so many articles on abs, what to do, what not to do. That is not about eating certain foods but working out and in the end I am all confused emoticon !!! Is is the foods or not!
Since you are a witness of one to have great abs, what do you think, what's your personal experience?

    Very good info. I am good about most of them, just have to remember to keep it consistent to see results.
