Yesterday I started tracking a new nutrient (Fiber). Wow, after I input to start tracking it, I found out that my fiber intake was way too much? Wow, this sucks! There is no way for me to bring it down neither, because most of the fiber that Im intaking is from the many fruits that I am eating??? I need to find a hemp protien supplement that has no fiber in it, but I do not think that is possible since all plants and fruits have fiber in them.
