Today I did 2 Boot Camp and 38 minutes of custom cardio.
A new gang led the way for me.
After the Boot Camp, I put on some music, and in walked the Isley Brothers and we jogged through "Shout".
Fats Domino came in, and we changed over to a faster jog to "I'm Ready".
By now the glisten is really present, and I can feel my heart speeding up in good time. Just to keep it interesting, I threw in some fast kick boxing interspersed with the jog.
The Crickets, not to be undone, did the "Think It Over, and then we did a fast paced aerobics, kick boxing too, along with jumping jacks (the beginner way because I am not good at doing the jumping parts).
We shooed the Cresendos out because all they wanted to do was "Oh Julie", and we fast forwarded to Dee Clard and "Hey Little Girl".
Those slower guys, to change the speed intervals, came up with "Lavender Blue", which consisted of walking and then Little Richard ended THAT little break with "The Girl Can't Help It".
That got the pace REALLY moving!
Chuck Berry decided we weren't finished, so we danced, twisted and ran in place to "Sweet Little Rock and Roller".
DH let me know that breakfast was ready, so Winsten and I did a nice cool down by walking to the mailbox and back, cooling down.
All in all, my entire body has been worked out, and I can sit back a bit for the rest of the day.
I'm getting there, Gang! Haven't measured or weighed, but that will come later. I know better than to weigh in every day.
Time to eat and drink the rest of my water.
Stay tuned!!
