I restarted my weight loss program last December with the supervision of my family physician. Rather than setting unrealistic goals for myself I have gradually lost weight at my pace. My blood pressure is now 120/80. I started walking in the morning and cutting out all the toxins that were harmful to me. Now I have added different exercises to my program and so far I am on track and hope to stay that way. Its my intent to lose approximately 30 more pounds by the end of the summer. I feel now that I have the support and encouragement of my friends here with me, I can keep moving forward with my goals.
