Week 2 and still a little rocky, but lost 2 lbs!

Hey everyone!

I got on the scale yesterday and lost 2 lbs! Woo Hoo! I have to say giving up the Pepsi has been the hardest, especially when everyone around me drinks the pepsi also! I hung in there though so that I would succeed! I am so excited about the weight watchers program and starting some new workouts from beachbody.com! Our town is doing another Biggest Loser contest and I am entering! The first weigh in is 1 week from today! I really want to lose 40 lbs in the 6 month contes! Well, have a great day everyone!

    It is possible to lose 40 lbs in 6 months, but remember to take it slowly and focus more on eating healthy and working out, then on how much weight you want to lose and it will start to melt off! Also, I don't know how much Weight Watchers focuses on how much sodium you take in, but I have found since I started tracking mine, the body fat has been coming out tremendously! I have to say that the diets I tried before, never did that! So you might want to use the Nutrition Tracker on SP too because it is wonderful!
