    This was SUPER. I just did one set of 15 each of the exercises you demonstrated. I am moving in and still need to find my 2 and 3 lb. weights, so did them just with clenching fists and imagining holding the weights :-) to practice form, breathing, etc. . Haven't unpacked all the boxes yet.
