Better day

Today is a better day. Some of the things I still think it could be done better. But I kept repeating to myself what MELLIL said, "I am not going to give him the power to make me angry". Ate well today. Facing all those snacks the whole day, I am glad that I didnt stuff myself. Super tired today. Feels like brain dead. But then again, I got an ingenius idea about how to wrap up my programme and close the event with a punch. I am so excited now that I have started drafting out my plans. Hope tomorrow would be a smooth day. Same for my sparksfriends. Keep sparkling!

    I don't know if anyone had suggested this already, but... you could do some cardio kickboxing (I think Sparks has a 10-minute fitness video for it...wait, I found it:
/fitness_articles.asp?id=1330). I'm not promoting violence or anything, but you could visualize your coworker as you punch and kick...? ;)

    I am so glad today is a better day and I love that mantra. I need to use that for a certain person in my life as well.
